Everyday I work HARD to bring you the five biggest things going on in the world (I use the term HARD, loosely), with "Five Things You Need To Know"!

Today is no exception.

For Wednesday, September 18th, 2019:

1. Eight million people watched DWTS Monday night and the only reason I'm talking about it is that Lauren Alaina danced to Shania Twain.  Dream. Come. True.

2. Scientist are putting together a plan to have an elevator to the moon.  It would extend on a cable from the moons surface to a geostationary orbit above the earth. I'm all for it!

3. Pizza Hut is offering a Cheez-It stuffed pizza.  It costs $6.49 which to me seems a little cheap.

4. On this date in 1947, The Air Force was established.

5. (Fun Fact):  The first passengers in a hot air baloon were a sheep, duck and a rooster in 1783.  The King of France was worred about humans going up so they tested it on animals first.
