The stunning West Village townhouse once owned by actress Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick just sold for $15.85 million.

This was reportedly down from the original asking price of $18.25 million.

The luxurious features of the home come as no surprise to fans of the former "Sex and the City" star.

The townhouse includes two terraces, as well as a chef’s kitchen and marble clad fireplaces that overlook a private multi-level garden.

Built in 1864, the 25 foot-wide townhouse maintains its original pocket doors in the formal dining room.

The property also has an additional fire place and chandelier, and floor-to-ceiling doors that offer a view of 10th street.

The property sits within four blocks of Washington Square Park and Union Square in an area of Manhattan known for its affluent residents.

According to the New York Post, neighbors of the property include Blackrock CEO Larry Fink, Facebook co-founder Sean Parker.

The sellers of 20 E. 10th street are Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of New Residential Investment Corp., Michael Nierenberg and his wife.

According to the listing, the sale came with plans from architect Steven Harris to construct a penthouse level with a terrace, an elevator, and a basement for “amenity” purposes, including a wine room, gym, spa, theater, and pool.

Sarah Jessica Parker, 55, is best known for her role in the long-running HBO series "Sex and the City." Parker played Carrie Bradshaw, a New York City columnist.
